For promoting chamber music, she has worked closely with cellist Mladen Spasinovici, with whom she founded duo Cell’Arpa in April 2011.
Both eager for high-quality music, they decided to combine their instruments in a rarely used chamber ensemble. This unique mixture of beautiful and touching sounds, which can be either very soft or powerful, combines the elegance and sweetness of the harp, together with the sensitiveness and the strength of the cello.

“My goal is to enrich the literature for solo harp or harp with other instruments. My compositions are dedicated to both beginner or advanced, amateur or professional harpists.
My works can be played on both pedal or lever harp. I will soon be publishing works for harps with fewer strings (less than 34 strings), as there are many novice harpists who play on small harps and do not easily find a suitable repertoire.
Through my work, I want to help beginner harpists and encourage them in their wonderful endeavor to learn this noble instrument.” (Roxana Moișanu)
